My 48-hour trip to Hong Kong was a tiring and very fuzzy experience. After being asked by my boss if I’d ever been and assuring him that I hadn’t…I was packed up and shipped away in less than a fortnight’s notice for a short custom event that my company held for an IT software company. I was lucky enough to stay at the beautiful Harbour Grand Hotel, on Hong Kong Island, which has spectacular views of the city and made me feel as though I was above the clouds. Apart from the majestic hotel views and foggy streets…there isn’t much that I’m able to report back on this city. I’d love to go back someday and experience the street food, shopping and immerse myself in the streets that I stood so far above from. But for now…I’ll sleep off the shortly-lived dim sum dream.
